Has Obama declared war on taxpayers?

Obama has declared war on every taxpayer, every entrepreneur, every business and every working/and or retired American. Obama intends to wipe out CAPITOLISM, which is the engine that runs the country. We don't like his war on our country and decide NOT TO PLAY. File the taxes and that is all that is required..to file. If every person did this, and sent in nothing, beyone what is already taken out, it wouldn't take long to shut things down
